At Mullingar Dental Centre we believe it is important that all members of your family are cared for to a high standard, whatever their age. Your children need to have regular preventive care to enable them to grow up with disease free mouths, and to allow them to keep their teeth for life.
We encourage parents to bring their children in as soon as their first tooth appears. We are always here to offer advice to you regarding your child’s oral health. If you keep an eye on our Facebook page, we often post tips there. By involving parents in prevention, we are able to fight against dental disease more effectively. Toys and books are available in reception for younger children to use.
All Mullingar Dental Centre patients will have a full examination at their annual check ups. As well as checking your teeth for signs of decay, we also look at the health of your gums and check your jaw joints. Additionally, all adult patients have oral cancer screening to assist in the prevention of this disfiguring form of cancer.
Over 65’s can have some treatments at special rates, this is only applicable Monday to Thursday between 11am and 3pm (please contact the clinic for up to date information on which treatments this applies to).
Mullingar Dental Centre is a clinic in Mullingar that offers a caring service with a full range of treatment options.
We promise you a friendly welcome to each visit. We know it can be hard to pluck up the courage to call the dentist, especially if you have not been in years. When you call us, you’ll hear a sympathetic and friendly voice. And when you come in, we’ll do everything to make you feel relaxed and at home. A lot of patients tell us they worry about visiting the dentist. That is why we explain exactly what we are doing before, during and after treatment.
We now also offer ‘The Wand’, a pain free system of delivering anaesthetic. Try it for FREE and you’ll never go back to traditional injections! For more information, Click here to find out more about The Wand.
All of our dentists are registered with the Irish Dental Council and adhere to the rules and guidelines as laid down by the Council .
